My Story

I didn’t start out as a consultant. I started in roofing. Over the years I sold more than $1 million in projects, managing crews, handling homeowners, and living in the middle of the daily chaos. What I noticed? The work was great, but the systems behind the scenes were a mess.

Jobs slipped through cracks. Profits bled away. Teams were stressed because nobody had clarity. And I thought: there’s got to be a better way to run a business.

That’s where Runwise Consulting came from.

I built Runwise to help business owners do what I wish I had back then:
